The main house has a large living room facing the ocean, dining area, den, kitchen, three bedrooms (one king, one queen, and one twin), each with private bathroom.  The cottage next to the main house has a queen bedroom with private bath.  An enclosed courtyard has plenty of outdoor furniture with a gas grille for outdoor cooking.  The ocean side of the house has more outdoor furniture -- chaise lounges for sleeping and Adirondack chairs for reading.

Charlotte's Web comfortably sleeps eight adults.  The main dining table seats ten people and the kitchen table seats four.  The den contains a large HDTV, cable movies on demand, DVD player, and fully-equipped home office with computer, broadband Internet access, wireless network, printer, and fax machine.
