Our homes may be rented through any Nantucket real estate broker or directly from us at the same rates. We pay the broker's commission. When you have chosen your home and vacation dates, we will prepare a rental lease for you. Leases may start any day of the week. No pets. No smoking inside homes. Daily cleaning and concierge service is included in all rentals.

A security deposit is due one month before lease begins. Security deposit covers damage (if any) other than normal wear and tear, and cleaning in excess of the first ten hours at the end of the rental.
